Final Payment due 6weeks prior to check in Resort charges weekly Guest Badge fees. For 2013, guest badges are required for everyone of the age of 4 and over. This year, the in-season rate begins June 14, which is the start of the summer activities at Sea Colony. January 1 to May 9 - $12 May 10 to June 13 - $17 June 14 to August 29 - $40 August 30 to September 12 - $17 September 13 to December 31 - $12 Fully refundable with exception of $100 processing fee if reserved week is re-booked by owner. | ||||||||||||||||||||
