Cobb Island is a little known waterfront community famous for its very relaxed and quiet atmosphere with fabulous Chesapeake Bay seafood restaurants nearby. Our house is recently renovated, newly furnished with modern baths, comfortable beds and a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, ice maker, and microwave. The house is central air-conditioned and has Cable TV.

You will truly feel like you are on a ship overlooking a vast body of water; a view that is constantly changing either due to weather or by the large variety of boats and birds. The house itself has yesteryear charm but with today's modern conveniences. It has a private sandy beach for swimming, a large dock and a broad vista of the scenic Potomac River. You will wake up to beautiful sunrises. Perfect for that laidback, relaxing vacation your family has been contemplating.
