Rate Information
Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Pricing is for up to 4 people. June, July, August 1 week min. (Sat - Sat). 3 nights for holidays. A $300/week deposit is required to secure a reservation of more than two nights—$200 for a weekend. The balance is due six weeks before the arrival date. If at the time of booking the reservation date is already less than 6 weeks away, then the entire rental amount is due. No reservation is guaranteed until at least the deposit is received. In the event that you find it necessary to cancel a reservation prior to six weeks in advance, we will refund the deposit less $50 administration fee. In the event that you need to cancel the reservation less than six weeks in advance of the arrival date, then we will refund payments less a $50 administration fee—IF we are able to re-rent the Coffee Creek Chalet for that period. In such circumstance, we will make every effort to let local innkeepers and the Trinity County Chamber of Commerce know about the cancellation dates. Should we find someone who wants to rent the vacancy for less than the time booked, we will contact you to see whether you want us to accept less than the full amount. We will refund the amount we are able to collect, minus a $50 administration fee. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
