Cancellations must be received as soon as possible to allow owner to start re booking process. If and when a re booking occurs, canceling guest will receive a coupon equal to the the amount received for the re booking, less a 10% re booking fee, which may be applied to a future reservation.
For guests unable to take advantage of a re booking coupon, we recommend travelers insurance.
