$350 Cleaning Service, Damage Waiver Fee $65, Meet and Greet Fee $25 and 10% tax on total charges. Other fees may include surcharges for breaking up week-ends or for high season stays of less than five nights.
*Summer Daily Rate: Please check our calender for availability and inquire within 30 days of the date you plan to arrive for shorter stays than 5 nights.
Cancellations must be received as soon as possible to allow owner to start rebooking process. If and when a rebooking occurs, canceling guest will receive a coupon equal to the the amount received for the rebooking, {less a 10% Cancellation (or a minimum of $100) and $50 rebooking fee}, which may be applied to a future reservation.
For guests unable to take advantage of a rebooking coupon, we recommend travelers insurance.
