Base Rate
The base rate is for 8 guests that are ages 8 and older.
Additional Guests
The Additional Guests fee over Base rate limit is $40/Night/person of any age 1 year and older. $40/Night/Person
County Limit
The county limit is 10 guests that are ages 8 and older. It also allows for younger children and our limit is 8 additional children (guests).
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀
This includes full use of the facility, including an additional full set of towels, as if they were an overnight guest. However, Day Visitors are limited to day use only, between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm. $10/Day/DV.
𝗣𝗲𝘁𝘀
Pet owners must bring clean thick blankets to cover furniture and a kennel for their dog. Other additional rules apply. $100/ week 1st dog, $35/week each additional dog, maximum 3 dogs.
𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴
Rate variations may include surcharges for breaking up weekends or for stays less than the minimum stay mentioned above for the dates of inquiry.
Lowest weekly rate discount only applies for stays arriving and departing on Sundays and occasionally in mid to low seasons on Fridays.*Summer Daily Rate: Please check our calendar for availability and inquire within 30 days of the date you plan to arrive for shorter stays than 5 nights.
Meet and Greet/ Damage Waiver Fee
County requires an intown contact for emergencies, we combine this fee with a Damage waiver for reported incidental damages of up to $500. The report of damages must be done within 8 hours of the incident and 1 hour before check out whichever comes first. Reports are not accepted after check out.
Other Fees
PayPal and other instant booking/transfer fees may apply at current transaction rate.
𝗥𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗴𝗲 𝟯𝟱
This is a large house, and is our personal home and not a commercial hotel. Therefore, we may request copies of your Legal ID and a copy of your insurance declaration page on your homeowners/apartment renters insurance policy with us added as additional insured, if you are less than 36 years old. For more information, inquire with your insurance agent, and they should be able to arrange this at no extra charge or consequence.
𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀
Cancellations must be received as soon as possible by US Mail to allow the owner to start the re-booking process. Sorry, no refunds on any payment that has been made, except for the Damage Waiver Fee if it is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date. All funds that have been received may be applied to a different booking if you would like to reschedule at owners discretion.
We strongly recommend purchasing travelers insurance with a company of your choice immediately after receiving confirmation of each one of your reservations, i.e, accommodations, flights, (medical insurance, if you are traveling in from another country) and car.
