"We has a wonderful time staying in this great house. It has an amazing layout. So much interior space. The house was clean and equipped with everything we needed. An unexpected surprise was all the pool toys, life jackets, snorkel gear and beach toys. The pool was the highlight for the kids. It was the perfect size and depth. Plus, it was fully fenced and we found a padlock to lock the gate for further piece of mind. Originally, when looking for a house to rent, I didn't want a pool for the safety factor. The set up at this house was absolutely perfect and worry free. The deck space and views are gorgeous! The deck is huge! We all felt that the real view was far better than even the pretty online photos. The house sits up high so you can overlook the mountains and see a bit of ocean. The two outside dining tables really came in handy. If it was windy, the table under the covered patio was perfect and if we wanted more sun we sat at the other table. The location of this property can't be beat. Having never been to Kauai we didn't really know where location-wise to be. This house is it!! Poipu beach is so close. An easy walk through a nice green belt. The Hyatt is in the other direction through another green belt. We walked there daily to enjoy a morning coffee on their beautiful lanai or a happy hour glass of wine. The grocery store was so close as well. The owners were great to deal with. Very organized and gave us plenty of information/maps/directions about the island. I absolutely recommend this house and hope to go back back there soon! It played a major role in making our trip so amazing."
