This lovely studio is located within the Durango City limits in the Northern part of town near the corner of 30th Street and 6th Avenue. The local downtown main street area is a 15 minute walk along the beautiful Animus River bike trail. The Durango Recreation center is a 10 minute walk across a beautiful suspended walking bridge.
