A queen size bed with down pillows, comforter and 500 count linens allow for restful sleeping. Similar pillows, comforter and linens are located in the 2 twin bed guest bedroom. Full modern industrial kitchen with washer/dryer. High speed broadband wired and wireless connections. Cable TV w/ DVD player. Four blocks from the Animus River Trail and bike path to downtown. Private entrance and mountain views. Radiant in floor heating for winter comfort. Modern Solar Tube technology reduces greenhouse gases and provides domestic heat and hot water. No pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps four comfortably. Minutes to downtown tourist attractions. Minutes to the Narrow Gauge Railroad Station, restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries.

This lovely 2 bed/2 bath is located within the Durango City limits in the Northern part of town near the corner of 30th Street and 6th Avenue. The local downtown main street area is a 15 minute walk along the beautiful Animus River bike trail. The Durango Recreation center is a 10 minute walk across a beautiful suspended walking bridge.

You will often find many food/canned/spice items left by previous guests. Our housekeeping will only remove perishable food. Feel free to use what you find and leave items in return for future guests.
