VRconnection is experiencing issues due to a server outage and is not currently accessible. We will intermittently make the service available in "READ ONLY" mode but cannot do so right now. Please visit our Facebook Page for updates and check back every 15 minutes to see if we are accessible in "READ ONLY" mode.

At 7 AM PST on August 24th, 2017, our data center, 1&1 Internet, experienced an outage involving hundreds of servers, ours included. After resolving the issue and rebooting all servers and services, the VRconnection server would not restart properly. After consulting with the data center, we were able to re-establish the website on a partial basis. All data appears to be intact, but due to the manner in which we have temporarily recovered, email services have not been able to be restarted. After further consultation with data center support, it has been determined that the VRconnection server hardware is non-recoverable. We will need to migrate the application and all data to a new server, which is expected to take some time.

Occasionally, you may have access to your reservation data. It is strongly recommended to treat this access as "READ ONLY" and not to make changes or add data to the system as it cannot be guaranteed changes will make it to the new server that is being provisioned.

We recommend logging into the dashboards of any advertising services you are using and checking for new inquiries. You will need to communicate with guests using your personal email accounts. You should have access to all contact information in their transactions.
