We invite you to come see why our family has been visiting Daytona Beach for many years and have now purchased this cool beach-side home just steps off of the World's Most Famous Beach!
We are brand new on beach side! A brand new kitchen with brand new appliances! New porcelain tiled floors! The entire house has been freshly painted and is waiting for your arrival. Everything is 'Bright & Beachy' :)
We have 3 bedrooms, all with brand new Serta beds. The Master bedroom has a king bed & a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower for easy accessibility. There are two guest rooms-one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. We have a Simmons Beautysleep Foldaway Guest Bed Cot for a seventh person. The guest bathroom has a double vanity sink with a shower/tub combo.
Our floor plan is perfect for entertaining. Guests can use the Outdoor Teak Shower after a day at the beach, a refreshing swim in the private in-ground pool or sunning on the pool deck! How about relax in the Florida room, or enjoy a cocktail around the new granite island in the kitchen. Never worry about not having enough seating as we have plenty!
Location: Our home is located close to the best dining, grocery & convenience stores, parks, outdoor fitness center, golfing, boat & jetski rentals, and all Daytona Beach attractions! You can be in Orlando to visit the world class parks (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, etc.) within an hour and a half. You can even watch amazing sunsets from the front, as we are directly across from the Intracoastal waterway!
