Welcome to Citrus View, our luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa, on the small, quiet community of Westbury. The Madison style villa is brick built, fully air-conditioned and insulated to keep out the heat of the Florida sun. There are ceiling fans in every room. All doors and windows leading to the pool area are alarmed in accordance with Florida law.
It is located amongst the orange groves of Davenport just 1.5miles from junction 55 of Interstate 4, south on Highway 27. We are only 10 minutes from Disney's Main Gate, within minutes from championship golf courses, close to restaurants, shops, gas stations and easy access to all theme parks via the I4. Only about an hour away from either coast.
As with most American properties our villa has an open plan kitchen/dining room/ main room. The fully fitted kitchen has a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with icemaker and many electrical labour saving devices.
The dining area has a table with six seats; the breakfast bar has three stools and the patio table provides another six seats.
Washing machine and tumble drier are there for guests use, so bring less clothes leaving room in your suit cases for all those items you wish to buy.
The living area has comfortable sofas for you to enjoy watching digital cable TV, a DVD, video or just relax. We provide a selection of DVDs, videos and books. A separate area of the main room houses the PlayStation 2 and you will also find some board games and cards.
The patio doors lead to the covered lanai. During the midday sun the shade and ceiling fan will help keep you cool. The inviting 28' x 15' pool, on an extended deck, is south facing for maximum sun. Sun loungers are available for you to top up that suntan and the whole area mesh screened for guest comfort.
The timed underwater pool light allows you to swim in the evenings. There are privacy fences to each side with citrus trees and flowering hedge to the rear. You may choose to cook on the gas BBQ, gas range or send for a take away - there are several that deliver in the area.
Master Bedroom 1 over looks the pool and provides a King bed, Cable TV, walk-in wardrobe, hairdryer, en-suite bathroom with large shower. The bathroom has a door leading to the pool for use when swimming.
Master Bedroom 2 overlooks the front garden and has a Queen bed, built-in wardrobe, Cable TV, hairdryer, en-suite bathroom with large shower.
2 Twin Bedrooms provide a further 4 beds - one room is Disney theme. Both share the third bathroom that has a bath and shower. There is Cable TV both rooms.
A queen sofabed in the main room provides bed space for a further 2 guests.
Game Room - this is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. It houses a full sized American pool table that is also marked for snooker with a full set of snooker balls. There is also table football, electronic darts, air hockey and to help enjoy the room a radio/CD player.
We now provide Free Local, Long Distance and International Phone Calls. Phone home whenever you like at no cost to yourself. No need to either buy a phone card or use your own cell phone! FREE High Speed INTERNET CONNECTION - just bring your own laptop.
Our Villa is non-smoking but smoking is permitted by the pool.

Westbury - in the Heart of Florida, approximately 10 minutes SW of Disney
A small, quiet, immaculate community nestled amongst the orange groves of Davenport offering a haven from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks.
Just 1 to 2 minutes from junction 55 of Interstate 4, south on Highway 27 making it perfect access not only for the themed parks, shopping, either coast but also to explore Florida.
Go east down the I4 , 1st junction Champions Gate for golf, shopping and renting DVDs and games.
Second junction is to Disney's Main gate the entrance to a world of fantasy and pleasure for all ages.
Then HW 192 where you can play crazy golf, eat in every type of restaurant, shop in the flea markets, supermarkets and gift shops.
Next stop up the I4 is Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede for a great night out, then the Sea World turning and the start of International Drive.
A couple more exits on and you reach Universal, the city walk and the Island of Adventure a huge favourite for those who love roller coasters!
Turn off onto the 528 for Coca Beach and Kennedy Space Centre.
Don't forget to stop at all the shopping Outlets and Malls on the way!
Go West on the I4, Junction 55 means 55 miles from Tampa, and you are at the Gulf coast with white sands warm water sea and pelicans diving for fish.
If your passion is golf there are Championship golf courses within minutes of our villas.
Fishing lakes and water sports are just down the road.
There are food shops, restaurants, fast food and gas stations all within a short drive of the Westbury community.
Home cooking of Perkins, Bob Evans and Cracker Barrel, or try Chinese, Wendy's, MacDonald's, Denny's and Burger King.
You will find supermarkets, pharmacies and the Heart of Florida Hospital all within minutes of our home.
With several home delivery food services available Westbury really is the ideal base for you to relax and chill after a busy day.
