A new Publix grocery store has just opened less than 1 mile from the villa, perfect for all your shopping and last minute needs.
Why stay in a tiny hotel room when you can stay in our 1800 sq ft luxury home? Upon entering the front door, you are lead to the Great Room. This open floor plan includes a lounge, kitchen, and dining areas. So, no matter if you are watching TV or cooking in the kitchen, you can have the feeling of togetherness. At the end of the Great Room,are the sliding glass doors that lead to the covered lanai. The lanai overlooks the pool with the pond behind that. There are no direct neighbours behind the villa and there is privacy on either side of the pool cage.
Back in the house, there are 2 master suites located just off the lounge area. Heading down the main hallway, towards the front of the house, you will discover the 3 additional bedrooms and a 3rd family bathroom. One of the best features of the house is that it is a 1800 square feet, single story home. No stairs to climb after a long day at the parks, and no worries of children playing on or falling off the stairs.

This is a very impressive 5 bedroom 3 bathroom house includes 2 master suites both with ensuite bathrooms. There is also 3 additional bedrooms serviced by a third family bathroom.
The house has a games room which features a host of activities such as a pool table, table football. Also there are games and DVD's. This will keep the kids and adults well entertained! You are sure not to get bored here.
Leaving this room, you will find a comfortable sitting area with a TV and DVD player and VCR. The kitchen/breakfast bar is well thought out and includes all modern utilities such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker. There is also a dining area as well as a laundry room, and the house is fully air conditioned. Ceiling fans are equipped in all living areas for your additional comfort.
Outside you will find your pool and sunny deck with great pond views which is a nature lovers paradise! The deck is fully furnished with table and chairs, making it a great spot for watching the sun go down, and the pool is inviting especially after a long day sightseeing. If you prefer some shading during the day, relax under our covered lanai while still enjoying Florida's wonderful climate.
This house is ideal if more than one family staying as there is so much space, the only problem you will find, is leaving it!
