Englewood is blessed with miles of white sandy beaches for strolling, enjoying the sun, nature watching, or just relaxing and taking in sea birds, even eagles, dolphins and more.
To the North of Englewood you will find MANASOTA, key to the South Boca Grand. All within an easy 10 to 15 minutes of the villa.
Rotonda is a beautiful area with lots of gorgeous homes built there looking out on to golf courses, woodland and lakeland area which is home to wild life like birds, raccoons, alligators, bobcats and armadillos to name just a few.
With good beaches, wild life, golf and shopping malls with in 10 minutes, our holiday villa is ideally situated for all.
To help you get off to good start on your vacation our management team are well experienced in preparing the villa for your stay with regular pool, lawn and housekeeping services.

Property Amenities
Bird of Paradise, a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom luxury villa, has a delightful lanai area looking out on to a gorgeous shapely heated pool with a spa flowing gently over in to it. Beyond this, is a delightful view of the inland waterway, enabling guest to fish from there own back yards.
To make your stay comfortable and relaxing, the villa has been exquisitely designed and fabulously furnished by a local interior designer. It is conveniently located close to gorgeous sandy beeches and good local restaurants.
The villa will accommodate up to 6 guests sleeping in 3 bedrooms and it has two luxury bathrooms and is fully air conditioned throughout. There is a telephone with free local calls, wireless internet access and satellite TV in the Great Room and Master bedrooms.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with oven stove top, microwave, dish washer, fridge freezer together with ample bar seating for 6.
Should you need laundry facilities there is also a wash tub, separate dryer and ironing facilities. On from here is the breakfast nook with glass top table and seating for six. Enjoy the view overlooking the pool and inland water way, whilst having a private leisurely morning wake up.
The Great Room has comfortable seating for six guests together with a large satellite TV, DVD and music centre. Also over looking the pool through glass doors. Our dinning area is very well furnished and tastefully decorated, looking out on to the front of the villa it is ideal for those special evenings or dinning with friends.
For those Alfresco dinning evenings, a stainless luxury barbeque is provided for our guest's to enjoy.
The Master bedroom with King size bed has it's own private entrance to the pool and hot tub. High level satellite TV, private seating area and walk in closet finishes the room off perfectly together with a spacious luxury master bathroom. The bathroom provides twin basins and mirrors, enclosed separate WC and a beautiful oval bath tub not to mention a large walk in shower area. All linen and towels are provided.
At the opposite end of the property are the 2 guest bedrooms, 1 with Queen size bed and 1 with twin beds and walk-in closets.
A private pool and hot tub area, with ample seating and bathing space for sunning and relaxing in this very special home from home which is suitable for friends and family alike. Pool barriers for young children are provided and a high chair and cot is available on request.
Also for your enjoyment we have a games room, situated in the third stall on the garage, with dart board, table tennis and football games. For those more adventurous guests. Four mountain bikes are provided. All this and still ample parking in the double garage for 2 cars.

Community Amenities
In this area you won't be short of things to do with your time, with local tennis courts, a choice of 5 local golf courses, cycling from your very own door and around the beautiful Rotonda area and fishing from your own back yard and along the coast.
Small shops and local boutiques are available, 15 to 20 minutes away, in Boca Grande together with excellent lunch time eating at the Loose Caboose and other small local restaurants.
15 minute in the Northerly direction, you will hit Englewood beach, a small beech town where you can cycle safely to Stumps Pass and lookout on one side at the beautiful inland water ways and on the other side the turquoise waters of the gulf. Here too you can dine at the excellent waterfront diner the White Elephant , with local playing bands and plenty of boats and activity to watch whilst enjoying your meal.
For a romantic evening meal, you could try the gorgeous Gulf View Grill with views of the Gulf sun set (booking advised).
Inland to Port Charlotte, around 15 to 20 minutes, is Charlotte County Baseball ground and on to Murdock Circle for shopping in malls, and all those famous American dining experiences, movies and theatres.
