Extra guests $10 each to Max 7 people. Rental Terms Reservations: - A $200 US deposit is required to make the reservation. Full rental is due 60 days before rental start. - Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. An invoice will be emailed. - Check-in is not before 3 PM. Check-out anytime before 11 AM unless late checkout is arranged. PAYMENTS - Rates are all in US dollars - Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal. - Full rental is due 60 days before rental start. CANCELLATION POLICY: $50 processing fee for all cancellations before 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $200 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
