Rental Terms
- All Rates (in US Dollars )
- Maui GET and TAT Tax is added to all orders
- Rates based on 4 guests. Extra guests $10 each to Max 7 people.
Reservations:
- A $200 US deposit is required to make a reservation. Full rental is due 60 days before rental start.
- Check-in is not before 3 PM. Check-out anytime before 11 AM unless late
checkout is arranged.
- Late checkout fee is 1/2 of 1 night room charge.
- Stays of 30 days or longer require a $300/month refundable security deposit
Payments:
- Rates are all in US dollars
- Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal.
- Full rental is due 60 days before rental start.
Cancellation Policy:
$200 cancellation fee for all cancellations up to 61 days before check-in.
No refund for cancellations within 60 days of checkin, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. In this case, your refund will be prorated less a $200 processing fee.
