You will get the contract the payment conditions by fax email - and send it signed immediately back to us by FAX or you can sign the email and send it signed back….
Anyway you will get the contract by post.
In the moment receiving the contract in order to make your booking sure, you have to pay a deposit of 30 % of the total amount, minimum 100 EURO, LAST MINUTE 100 %, transfer straight to our bank account.
The balance of the total amount by bank transfer, 28 days before your arrival to our account.
Cancellation fees from the moment of your booking are as follows:
CHANGE of dates: 50 EURO CANCELLATION is only valid with our confirmation ! ! !
More than 90 days before arrival 30 %
89 - 30 days 70 %
29 - 3 days 85 %
2 - 0 days 90 %
of the total amount.
CHANGE of CONTENTS of BOOKINGS: 50 EURO
