"Our family vacation started on July 29,2006 and ended on August 12,2006. From the first time that I saw this house on the web site and booked our dates Carlos has been very attentive to any questions and concerns that we had. When we recieved the directions to the villa they were very detailed directions to the villa from the airport. Once we got to the villa and opened the front door thats when my mind was made up that this would be the only place that my family would stay. Every thing was just like the pictures on the web site. Carlos even took the time out to call to make sure that we made it to the house alright. I would recommend this house to anyone that will be taking a vacation to Florida. The kids enjoyed the game room and the kids game room as well as the pool. I would like to say Thank You Carlos and Joy for making our vacation very special for the Norwood family. "Super house, super vacation, and Carlos and Joy are super people to deal with. We had a great time and loved the house. The pool was great, the thermal blanket provided us with warm water and we were able to swim late evening afer our visits to the parks.
