There is a 3 night minimum Christmas Week (No pets during this period) Off Season rates (March/April) 10% less than above rates. 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking, balance on arrival. No charge for infants under 1 year. There are no cribs or rollaways. 1 pet per unit/house, small to medium, house pet, cannot be left alone. 1 time fee $32. NO pets during Christmas holiday season. All rates subject to sales tax. Reservations/quotes one year in advance are subject to price increases. Check in 3 pm to 9 pm - Check out at 11 am unless otherwise agreed in writing on confirmation. Smoking permitted ONLY outside. Damage by smoking inside will be charged for cleaning. Quiet time on the property is 10 pm - 8 am. Speed limit within the property is 5 MPH.
