There are no steps into the unit. You can pull-up and unload or load from the front or back entrances. Its parking space is just inside the covered parking garage. There are no cars allowed on the fire lane between the condo and the sand giving you an unobstructed ocean view and children and adults are safe while playing ball on the lawn.
