Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - Our rates are subject to 13% Florida Sales Tax and a $500 refundable damage deposit.
- Optional pool heat is available for $150 per week/$25 per day.
- Stays of less than 7 nights are subject to a cleaning fee of $95.
- Our minimum stay is 3 nights; 7 nights during holiday periods.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
- Final payment is required 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
- Cancellations must be received in writing.
- The following cancellation fees apply: (a) More than ten weeks before arrival date - loss of deposit, (b) Less than ten weeks before arrival date - 50% of rental amount, (c) Less than four weeks before arrival date - 100% of rental amount.

"We have traveled to Disney 13 times in the last 10 years and this was truly our best vacation. Traveling with two special needs children can often be stressful but having this home to come back to at the end of a day at the parks made such a difference. With 4 bedrooms everyone had their own space to relax and unwind and the pool was such a wonderful bonus. The owners have gone the extra step to make this house feel like a home away from home. My only regret is that I was not aware of this home sooner...I could not imagine going back to spending my vacation in a hotel room. I highly recommend this home and thank the owners for making it such a wonderful experience. "
