Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms - Our rates are subject to 13% Florida Sales Tax and a $500 refundable damage deposit.
- Optional pool heat is available for $150 per week/$25 per day.
- Stays of less than 7 nights are subject to a cleaning fee of $95.
- Our minimum stay is 3 nights; 7 nights during holiday periods.
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
- Final payment is required 10 weeks prior to your arrival.
- Cancellations must be received in writing.
- The following cancellation fees apply: (a) More than ten weeks before arrival date - loss of deposit, (b) Less than ten weeks before arrival date - 50% of rental amount, (c) Less than four weeks before arrival date - 100% of rental amount.

"Dear Chris and Julie Anne, A huge "thank you!" to you for providing an absolutely wonderful house for our stay in Orlando! It was everything we had hoped for, and SO much better than any hotel! The pool, hot tub and game room were a big hit with the kids (big kids too). Everything about the place was superb--the kitchen, the beds, the nice furniture, the toys for the kids, internet access, and the close proximity to Disney. If we ever get back to Orlando, we'll definitely look up your house first! Thanks again and God bless!"
