The Villa is situated on the tranquil and secure gated Westridge Manors North; subdivision of the extremely popular Westridge development just off Highway 27 and a few miles north of the junction with Interstate 4. Disney is a 15 minute drive and another 10 minutes in the car will bring you to all the I Drive attractions. The Villa is serviced by three major shopping and dining areas including Publix, Target and Walmart supermarkets within a 5 minute drive.
The Villa has four bedrooms which will comfortably sleep eight people. The master suite has en-suite facilities, brand new Sueperplush Queen beds and a walk in Wardrobe. Direct access to the private fully screened pool could not be simpler, either directly through the patio doors onto the covered lanai or though the en-suite directly poolside. The addition of a refreshing ceiling fan ensures a comfortable environment is maintained whatever the temperature outside.
The second double bedroom is smart and modern with a New Superplush Queen bed with blue bedding and coordinates giving a luxurious touch. The two twin rooms are finished with coordinated bedding and pelmets with pictures of Disney and Universal characters to ensure even the little ones are made to feel pampered.
The living area is spacious and airy and, thanks to the large ceiling fan, always just at the right temperature to enjoy a quiet read looking out over the pool. Alternatively you can listen to music on the mini HIFI, watch the cable TV or enjoy the X box and games which are provided. There are two dining tables which accommodate 6 an 4 people comfortably; perfect for those relaxing evenings in together!
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, cutlery and crockery for both indoor and outdoor use. The washing machine and tumble dryer are hidden away in the utility room where the iron and ironing board can also be found.
There is a huge double garage which houses the Quality Pool and Air Hockey tables An electronic dartboard and tennis equipment is also provided.
The villa has been updated with many features to improve your Florida experience and the extensive living area floor tiling gives the whole living space a luxurious classical feel.
