Please confirm with owner. Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Our villa is a very clean non-smoking unit. Sorry, no pets are allowed. Typical reservations require a minimum five night stay. A three night minimum stay can be reserved when it fills a gap between other scheduled reservations. A reservation deposit of 20% of the rental amount with a minimum of $250 is required to confirm your reservation. It is nonrefundable 90 days prior to your scheduled check in. The balance of your rental, (the total less any previous reservation deposit made), is due and nonrefundable 60 days prior to check in. Be sure to ask about short-notice availability. Of course, we will do our best to accommodate your last-minute schedule. A security deposit or credit card preauthorization is required. There is a $50 cancellation fee. There is an additional $15 per day, per extra person(s) charge, if more than four people will be staying. A maximum of six is allowable. A $100 cleaning fee is charged on all rentals.
