Rates are based on occupancy of 4. We are happy to accommodate up to 6 for an additional fee of $10 per night. Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include Hawaii State Taxes (currently 12.42%). Cleaning Fee is $150 and $300 refundable security deposit required with all stays.
Cancellation Policy:
For a deposit refund, less $100 fee, cancellation is required 90 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations within the 90 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the unit can be rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
