30% down payment is required to confirm your reservation, balance required at the latest 30 days before arrival; except high season (Nov. 1 through Jan. 3) when full payment is required 45 days before arrival. A $200 deposit is required for all bookings of 14 days or less. Longer booking will require a larger deposit. Please inquire for details.
Refund policy: 90% of all funds paid will be refunded if cancellation notice is provided eight weeks prior to the first day of your reservation. 50% of all funds paid will be refunded if cancellation notice is provided six weeks prior to the first day of your reservation. There is no refund if cancellation notice is provided within six weeks of arrival.
