Please add 10.5% occupancy tax to all rates. $200 cleaning fee and $500 security deposit required with all stays.
One pet is accepted with an extra daily fee depending on size of pet and a pet deposit of $300 to cover any possible extra cleaning.
Holidays and Special Event weeks and long holiday weekends will always be at high season rate. For example Mothers Day weekend is $750 per night. Presidents Day Weekend, Veterans Day, Christopher Columbus Day in Oct are all high season rates.
Midweek rates in the late fall and winter can be negotiated.
