A deposit of 1/2 of the total rent will hold your reservation, the deposit is due within 7 days of your reservation request. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival. Rental rates are in US dollars or the Canadian dollar equivalent.
We accept Interac e-Transfer, checks, bank transfers, direct deposit, and money orders. We also accept MoneyGram money transfers from Canada.
If you cancel within 90 days of your arrival your entire deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of us receiving your cancellation. If you cancel within 60 days of your arrival you will be refunded 1/2 of your deposit within 2 weeks of us receiving your cancellation. If you cancel less than 60 days of your stay you will forfeit your deposit unless we can to re-rent the unit. If we find another renter you will be refunded 1/2 of your deposit within 2 weeks of us receiving the full payment from the new renter.
A $200US cash security/damage deposit is required when you check-in, it will be refunded to you when you check out.
