Mid term: 4-6 month's $2,200/mo plus state & local taxes - owner pays utilities.
Long term: 7 month's $1,500/mo. - renter pays utilities.
Deposit required at time of reservation; Short & Mid term = $500, Long term = $1,500
First & last month rent, deposit and $75 cleaning fee is due prior to check in. Subsequent rent's are to be paid 30 days in advance.
There are additional fees to the club for use of tennis and golf course.
