The minimum age to rent is 25 years - who must physically occupy the premises for the full term of the reservation. No student groups allowed. This is a no smoking unit. Condominium regulations prohibit pets, skates, skateboards, and motorized scooters on the property. A $75.00 cleaning fee is added to the rental cost plus 11.5% sales tax.
