This unique and charming home in Sanibel Bayous offers vacationers looking for a monthly rental a very competitive price advantage. For its size and location, Toucan House is one of the best priced private home rentals on Sanibel Island. It is a short walk to the beach in one direction, and a short walk to Ding Darling Nature Preserve in the opposite direction. It is renovated with a new kitchen and redecorated in 2005. The mattresses are of good quality, the kitchen is well supplied, the electronic equipment (TVs, DVDs, stereo, etc.) are plentiful and also of good quality.
Pets are accepted but we do need to screen the details on your pet to make sure that all is in compliance with our house rules. There is a non refundable pet fee that ranges from $250 to $400 depending on what the pet is and how many pets you plan to bring with you. The pet fee off sets the deep clean we pay for after each rental party with a pet leaves. We ensure that the house will look and smell as if there were never a pet in residence.
AGAIN: Please note that this home is not available for a weekly or nightly rental. There is a Sanibel Law restricting private homes to 28 day minimums and we do abide by this regulation.
