We rent to responsible students with a refundable $750 security deposit. Lodging Tax: 11 % Cancellations and Refunds: Contact owner. Other Fees: Cleaning Fee applicable to daily rentals. Small pets welcomed at $125/week for one, $200/week for two or $20/day each. Half of rent is due upfront to secure the reservation. The remainder of the rent, plus 11% Florida tax and a $400 ($750 for students) security deposit are due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 2-3 days of checkout, if the property is left in the condition in which it was found and all rental policies are followed. All reservations during peak season are from Saturday (check-in) to Saturday (check-out). Home is available for long-term rental during the Fall/Winter season.
