All changes or cancellations must be received in writing. If proper notice is not given as indicated, the deposit will be forfeited. REFUNDS: No refunds will be given due to weather conditions or for early departures. We recommend four-wheel drive and/or chains in the winter and early spring seasons. The property owner and rental company will not give refunds in the event of a mechanical failure or absence of any item, or for any public utility problem.
