WELCOME TO THE GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAINS. Thank You for staying with Mill Creek Cabin Rentals. We hope you have a wonderful stay. Please read over the lodging policy.

COMPLETION OF YOUR RESERVATION INDICATES FULL ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES/REGULATIONS.

CHECKING IN AND OUT- Check in time begins at 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m. During busier times of the year the check in time may be later. If your cabin is ready before 4:00 p.m. than you may be allowed to check in earlier. No exceptions on the check out time. An additional night's stay may be charged for late check outs.

DRIVING CONDITIONS - Mountain roads can be tough at any time of the year. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY ROAD SURFACE. Most roads are maintained, but they are curvy and steep. Some units have gravel drives or roads. They may be bumpy at times. From November to March you may experience occasional hazardous road conditions. Guests may want during this time to have a four-wheel drive and/or chains. Maintenance of winter roads is not guaranteed. WE DO NOT REFUND DUE TO ROAD CONDITIONS. You are responsible for your transportation. We can NOT provide any transportation for guests, and we are not responsible for any towing charges you may have incurred during your stay. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE ROADS PLEASE CALL US.

REFUNDS - All our units are privately owned. DESCRIPTIONS AND AMENITIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Your cabin will be inspected prior to your arrival to make sure mechanical and non-mechanical items are working. If something is not working please call us. NEITHER THE RENTAL COMPANY NOR THE PROPERTY OWNER ARE OBLIGATED TO GIVE REPLACEMENTS OR REFUNDS IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE OR ABSENCE OF ANY ITEMS, OR FOR ANY PUBLIC UTILITIES. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN DUE TO EARLY DEPARTURE. THIS INCLUDES WEATHER RELATED DEPARTURES.

CANCELLATIONS - All reservations are subject to a non-refundable processing fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less in advance of the arrival date will receive an Inventory Stay Certificate. It will be good for one year from the arrival date, and it can only be used for the cabin originally reserved. Changes in arrival dates are allowed subject to availability, more than 10 days in advance of the arrival date.

SMOKING - NO SMOKING INSIDE CABINS ALLOWED. Due to a fire hazard, smoking is prohibited inside any of our cabins. Containers will be provided on each deck for butts.

No changes are allowed within 9 days of your arrival. Holidays require 21 days notice for changes in dates and units. Up grading the cabin is allowed PRIOR TO CHECK IN. Down grading is allowed 10 days prior to the arrival date.

KEY CODES - On the day of your arrival, you may call our office between 1:00 and 6:00 p.m. to get the key code for your cabin.

PAYMENT -For reserving a cabin 50% of the total is charged at the time the reservation is made. The remaining will be charged 10 days before arrival. If using multiple credit cards for reserving or paying the final balance please call us.

SPECIALS/DISCOUNTS - If you book a reservation under the terms of a promotion, you will not be eligible for any type of cancellation compensation that you may have been eligible to receive if you had booked the reservation at the regular rate per night.

PARTIES - If guests are found to be having a party in any of our units, everyone will be asked to leave. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AND EXTRA CHARGES FOR CLEANING MAY ALSO BE INCURRED.

PETS - NO PETS ALLOWED. If evidence of a pet has been found in your unit a cleaning fee of $200 will be assessed.

OCCUPANCY - Maximum occupancy is indicated by the number of guests the unit sleeps. Do not exceed what the property will accommodate.

FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Guests will assume full responsibility for all damages, excessive cleaning charges, or any missing items including linens and towels incurred during the stay.

HOT TUBS - Hot tubs will be inspected after each rental. Do not put or use any food, drink, or bath products in the hot tub. If any evidence is found than you may be charged for excessive cleaning. Damage to a hot tub cover can result in an extra charge also. Please leave the cover on the hot tub when not in use to keep the water warm and clean. GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 SHOULD NOT USE THE HOT TUB. PREGNANT WOMEN AND ANYONE THAT SUFFER FROM HEART CONDITIONS, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, ALLERGIES, OR ANY OTHER AILMENTS SHOULD NOT USE THE HOT TUB. Any problems with the hot tub call us.

FIREPLACES - From June through September the fireplaces are not to be turned on or used. If you are staying in a unit that has a wood burning fireplace please note that we do not supply firewood. Please be careful when using the fireplaces. Any questions or problems please call us.
