On Kemp Channel, you can access the Looe Key Reef in minutes. Guarded parking for your boat & trailer and off-street parking for your vehicle.
Located in a gated, safe, Five Star Community; you can enjoy all the amenities: deep boat ramps, marina, snorkeling or scuba in tropical coral seas, fish cleaning station, store, pool, hot tub, tennis, children's playground, activity center with ping pong, pool table, and a multitude of games.
