Please add 9% occupancy tax to all rates. $95 cleaning fee and $300 security deposit required with all stays. In the event of a cancellation, we will fully refund any money received, if we are able to re-book your canceled reservation dates. We will not refund money for unused days or early departures. Security deposits are fully refundable.
You are strongly advised to have a 4-wheel drive vehicle and/or chains because of the snow and ice during the winter months.
