$175 cleaning fee, $500 security deposit and 10% TOT Tax required with all stays. Deposit required within 3 days of request for dates. If security deposit is not received dates are not held. Full payment of rent and cleaning fee due 30 days before rental period. Cancellations - deposit and any other fees paid fully refunded outside of 45 days from beginning of rental period. No refunds inside of 30 days from rental period unless owner is able to rent those dates to another group. Security deposit returned within two weeks of departure. Summer discounts for weekly rentals are based on Friday or Saturday arrivals and departures.
