Located in a private forested setting on a very quiet and secluded street, backing to a greenbelt. You can't find a better location. The new Trout Creek recreation and fitness center (swimming pools, sauna, gym, etc), new fine restaurant and bar, golf course, driving range and sledding hill are walking distance (less than a mile) from the house. Just a few steps from our door are the Donner Trail and National Forest land (great for hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing). Horseback riding in summer, or World Class cross country skiing in winter is only 5 minutes away. Sugarbowl, Squaw, Northstar and Alpine Meadows are only 20 min away. If you don't feel like enjoying all these TD amenities, relax in our HOT TUB on our very private back deck and watch the snow filter through the trees. Or cozy up next to the pellet wood stove (pellets provided). Or enjoy the sun on the front deck, spa tub in the master bath, 2 TVs, direct TV, large assortment of videos, games, books and sleds.
