Rate Information
Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Check-In/Out: Saturday-to-Saturday, weekend, and mid-week rentals are accepted (3 night minimum stay). Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 10 am. Payment: Personal or cashier's checks only Security Deposit: A $250 security deposit is required at the time of booking. We understand the normal wear and tear to every home, but this security deposit protects us (in a very small way) from any missing items and/or damage caused by the Tenant or the Tenant's guests. We simply ask that you leave the condo in the same condition as when you checked-in, and your security deposit will be fully-refunded to you upon receipt of the door key. Tenants: We rent to adults only -- 30 years old is the minimum renter age limit. We do not rent to young groups or allow children. Parents, please do not rent this property on behalf of your kids. Loud, unruly and/or unsupervised kids will be evicted, with no refund, including Security Deposit. Occupancy: No more than (4) persons may occupy the Premises at any one time, no exceptions. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
