The private balcony is the place to be with a bar, electric Weber grill, and awesome ocean views and sounds.

North Coast Village is like a resort, only better. This is a beach front gated community of 550 privately owned condos - some, like C202, are rented on a short term basis. The whole complex sits on the sand, conveniently located between the harbor and the pier - and in walking distance of both. Within our privacy fences, and 24/7 patrolled grounds, you'll be transported to a Hawaiian oasis. We have tropical landscaping, meandering brooks, waterfalls, koi pond, heated pools (2), spas, and a new putting green. We even have a party room (rentable for special events), a giant game room with big screen, fireplace, card tables, pool tables, and exercise rooms with saunas.
