 ""Bangkok at its Best" I went to Bangkok for a 3 month visit after retirement and stayed for 1 ½ years in Henry's 40th floor, 1 bedroom apartment. The view is spectacular, the services provided by Henry are first-rate, and the Sukhumvit Suites complex has multi-levels of security, so I always felt safe. Sukhumvit Road, home of many fine restaurants, hotels, shopping malls, and the Nana sky train station are only a 5-minute walk from Sukhumvit Suites. Laundry facilities, mini-marts and restaurants are only an elevators ride away if you feel like staying in. Any service requests made of Henry and his staff were met with a prompt & timely response including Thai language interface as required. ""Fantastic" This condo has everything you could ask for. Its modern, large, comfortable, has plenty of light, all the ameneties (including fully equiped kitchen),a large landscaped balcony, great view and ideal location close to BTS, entertainment and shopping. - Henry had arranged an airport pickup and met us at the condo on arrival which was appreciated. The cost of the condo included electricity, water and cleaning Monday to Saturday. It certainly beats staying at a hotel. In future when in Bangkok this where I'll be staying. ""Luxury and comfort in prime location!" Henry made renting the apartment an extremely easy and stress free experience with his professional immediate responses to inquiries and how he handled monetary transactions. He is also very flexible with check-in and check-out times so you don't have to worry if you have a late flight. The location cannot be beat as it takes less than five minutes to walk to both the metro and skytrain (Asoke and Sukhumvit--very central to get anywhere else.) It's a wonderfully convenient place to stay long term because it is so close to banks, pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets. My friends stayed at three of his other properties, including a 2 bedroom, studio, and the boutique hotel, and everyone was completely happy and satisfied.  "I visit Bangkok four times per year for business. I usually stay at the Marriott on Sukhumvit. However, after my one week stay at your Sukhmvit Soi 13 property, I will not be returning to the Marriott. The property on Soi 13 was convenient to BTS, had adequate security, and was much larger than a suite at the Marriott all for less than one half the price. I look forward to visiting you again. "I visit Thailand 6 or so times a year on business and this is perfect for my needs. It is very comfortable and centrally situated close to the Sky Train running up and down Sukhumvit Rd. It is very easy to get to most places in central Bangkok from this location. There is a fully functional small office in the apartment which allows me to catch up with email while I am on the move.
