This spacious condo (nearly 700 SF) has an open design and private outside access or lobby/elevator access.The Open living space (sleeps 2-4) features a queen size Murphy bed & a contemporary convertible couch (additional air mattress available upon request). The brand new full kitchen with eating space features a full size gas range cook top and a gas oven. The new stainless steel LG refrigerator with the bottom freezer has an automatic ice maker. The spacious Bathroom has a new shower, vanity, elongated Kohler toilet & high tech LG All-in-one Washer/Dryer combo unit. Parking is available, outside assigned 2-car Tandem.

The Suite is stocked with towels, dishes, pot/pans, cups, utensils, glasses, toothpaste, q-tips, cotton balls, coffee maker, coffee, tea, bedding, toaster oven, TV, DVD/VCR, hair dryer. We try to think of all the needs of a traveler to make it a comfortable stay! Walk to restaurants (Citizen Café, Crow Restaurant, Sushi Land, Laredo's TexMex, Teriyaki Bowl), bars (Nabob Bar), grocery (QFC) & dry cleaner - all within 2 blocks of this condo! 2 blocks to Seattle Center, EMP (Experience Music Project), Mc Caw Hall & the Space Needle - Monorail - Westlake Mall. Also, walk less than a mile to Seattle's new South Lake Union Park & the Center for Wooden Boats.
