Did not get a chance to try the pool because January's too cold, but the basketball court and mini-gym outside were great. All the adults and kids had a blast staying here. Had a chance to meet the owner, who was very friendly, showed us around, and made it very obvious that he wanted our stay to be as pleasant as possible. "Wow... The first words out of my mouth. I cant believe how big this house is and now many beds it had. The living room, the bar, the kitchen, the drive way, the rooms had enough room to sleep everyone is more room to spare. We are a large family and the house had enough space to sit everyone to eat at the same time. We are now looking at our calendars to that we can go back 2 or 3 times next year with the soccer team, my mothers 70th birthday and my birthday. The house was clean and ready for us just like a home should be. The house was not far at all from all the action and the price was worth it. Thanks to Tony for working with us late into the night. "This is a lovely home and located close to shopping and the strip. The rooms are nicely sized and very comfortable. We held a family reunion at the house and it was great having the bbq area and basketball court as well as the pool table. The layout of the house is great.Plenty of room,and the kitchen is wonderful.The owner Frank was very helpful in showing us where everything was and how things worked.We were in Vegas for my daughter's wedding.Because it was an early afternoon wedding,we decided to have a small reception at the house. There were around 50 guest.We sat up a small buffet in the kitchen and used the tables and bar area outside for seating. "This was the PERFECT HOME for our wedding celebration. We had our adult children and friends stay with us and had our wedding ceremony at the Little Church of the West and the reception right at the home. The backyard, basketball court, tiki hut, grill, seating and beautiful pool made our night perfect! The home was very comfortable, has a big open floor plan with a beautiful, large kitchen, bar area and living/dining room. The casita accomidation was perfect for the couple who did alot of food preparation for the reception. We even had our guest at the reception interested in also reserving the home sometime. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect location! The home is only about 2 Blocks off the South end of the Strip, right by the car rental, brand new mall just few blocks away and is also away from the downtown strip traffic. Just minutes away with a straight shot to the strip!! Thanks to Frank the owner!! He was very helpful, friendly and very accomidating!  "Our stay at your vacation home exceeded our expecations. The rooms are large and well appointed and the house and yard is spotless. Children and adults loved the pool - especially the water slide. There were plenty of towels for all of us - even when our children went through several a day. The layout of the house suited our 13 person party with room to spare.
