We rented during the off season, when not a lot of things were open. But it was quiet and peaceful which was great! We had 6 people, two families, and it felt like a perfect size. The kids loved sleeping in the loft. It has two beds but could easily accommodate a few sleeping bags if more kids wanted to have fun camping out.
