Notes:
Infants under 12 months no charge.
Minimum stay for holiday weekends are at least 3 nights.
First payment may be made with online credit card payment in the amount of $250; balance must be by personal check.
$25 fee will be charged back to guest for returned checks
Per person fees for the stay will be capped at $250

Cancellation policy:

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
