Upon receiving that, we will promptly return you a confirmation and receipt letter. CANCELLATION With a 60 day or more written notice we will refund the full deposit, less a $50.00 processing fee. With less than a 60 day written notice, we make best effort to re-book the villa and refund what is re-rented less a $50.00 processing fee.
