New to our rental portfolio, Reflections still has Lots of Availability! Reflections is a wonderful "Old Florida" style beachfront home that has been beautifully remodeled and updated in 2007. It sits directly on the beach on the beautiful green waters of north Cape San Blas. Reflections faces due west and gets spectacular sunsets all year round. This is a new rental offering for us in November of 2007 so we still have lots of availability.
St. Joseph Peninsula, the southern half of which is Cape San Blas, was recently rated the #1 beach in the US by Dr Beach, and K-9 Magazine rated Cape San Blas as the #1 pet friendly beach in 2006. Cape San Blas is located on this beautiful peninsula, which is about 18 miles long including 9 miles of State Park at the upper end. With the gulf and gorgeous beaches on one side and pristine St Joseph Bay less than a mile away at the widest point on the other, you can see sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the gulf. We have no high rises on the peninsula so the beaches are very low density.
Reflections has superb beach views from the open living/dining room and boasts new kitchen cabinets and countertops, tile floor, carpeting and furniture in 2007. Three of the 4 bedrooms have queen sized beds -- the 4rth is a king, with three having attached full baths and the other having an attached 2 piece bath. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room so you can accommodate 10 people. The house also has lots of closets and storage areas for guests to use.
The beach walkway is adjacent to the home, and the beach is about 100 feet away from the deck. Enjoy wide open, expansive beach views to the north and south from Reflections. Watch the dolphins play and beautiful sunsets from the main floor deck off of the living/dining room. This deck has covered and uncovered sections for sun and shade. The upper uncovered deck off the master bedroom also gets beautiful beach views and sunsets. Listen to the waves lapping on the shoreline less than 200 feet away and watch the stars from the main or upper decks.
The home is pet friendly and has a pet gate on the deck to keep your "furry kids" from wandering down to the beach on their own. Reflections is 5 minutes from the State Park where you can launch your boat, bike, hike and bird watch. Enjoy fantastic shore fishing right out front of the house and clean your fish at the onsite cleaning station. The outside shower and ground level outside access to a 2 piece bathroom are great for those long days at the beach. There is room for 2 vehicles in the covered parking area plus room for a boat and additional vehicles.
The home is fully equipped for everything you need for that special vacation. There is a well equipped kitchen, full laundry facilities on the main floor, air conditioning, high speed wireless internet access, and lots of TV/DVD/VCRs. There is a movie, books and games library. There is community dock access to St Joseph Bay close by. You can rent kayaks less than a mile away and boat off the community dock. Use it as access to launch your scalloping expedition. The water of St Joseph Bay is clear and is one of the most pristine ecosystems on the planet. It's great to kayak or snorkel to see the local water life.
