The Queen Penthouse is located at the rooftop of "The Cliff" luxury residence, and overlooks the pristine white sand and turquoise waters of secluded Cupecoy Beach. The St. Maarten's “Gold Coast”, the southwestern coast of Dutch St. Maarten is the most quiet and secure place of the island.
From the Queen Penthouse you will have a panoramic view of the Caribbean sea, the Simpsonbay lagoon, the French side, Anguilla, Saba, Statia and St-Kitts.
CAPACITY
The total area is 5584 ft2 (519m2) on two levels (11th and 12th floor). The Queen Penthouse comes with 4 king bed bedroom and 2 twins bed + 4.5 bathroom (4 couples + 2 children or 5 couples).
The configuration is very flexible. We can rent with 2 bedrooms only in low season and 3 bedrooms only in high season with full usage of the penthouse.
FACILITIES
At the newly opened "Le Cliff Cafe", you can have a delicious lunch prepared by a french chef (closed on wednesday).
Just 2 minutes walk from the Queen Penthouse you will find other gourmets restaurants (French, Italian, Asian ...), the famous Atlantis Casino for fun & gambling, St-Maarten's only golf course, Mullet Bay a wide public beach, shops, supermarket, night clubs, adult entertainment, ...
