Experience the California Lifestyle ~ Beautiful Granite Bay Home for Exchange USA/Arizona/Granite Bay 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath vacation home sleeps 6 We're a family of four looking to relocate somewhere for the month of July 2009. Our beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bath, 3,600 square foot home is located in the city of Granite Bay, California just 15 minutes east of the California capital of Sacramento. Granite Bay is a wonderful community (it's slogan is 'live and play in Granite Bay') and is centrally located to many drive to places to visit in California. Wine country (Napa and Sonoma) is a short 1 hour drive, Lake Tahoe is about 90 minutes away, San Francisco and the Bay Area are just 2 short hours, while beautiful Yosemite National Park is about 3 hours away. Closer to home we have Folsom Lake (about 5 minutes away), which offers excellent boating and water skiing, the American River (also 5 minutes away) for kayaking and biking, and Sunsplash water park (also 5 minutes). Downtown Sacramento is 15 minutes away and offers the state capitol and a wide variety of dining and shopping. Built in 1999, our 3,600 square foot home has it all. Limestone flooring throughout the main area, full carpeting in all the bedrooms and upstairs living area. Kitchen features all modern appliances, granite counters, and maple cabinets. The large family room includes maple cabinetry, a fireplace, and a 57" wide screen television, while the living room has a Boston baby grand piano. The master bedroom is privately located on the ground floor with french doors leading out to the outdoor patio. The master bath features a jetted tub. A second bedroom downstairs has been converted into a home office complete with high speed Internet. Two good sized bedrooms and a large game room upstairs share a bathroom and provide the kids with their own area. The park-like backyard features a pool with safety gate and a patio with doors leading to both the kitchen and master bedroom. The three car garage has your very own 'retro arcade' with a dozen full size coin-op arcade machines, including Pac-Man, Centipede, Donkey Kong, Joust, and others. This really is a fun house!
