The house is built in two floors, for a total of 350 Mq, at the first floor there are bedrooms, and at the ground floor is located the living area: big saloon, kitchen, outside kitchen with barbecue, laundry, terrace. Independent entrance and 3 covered car parking available.

Best for families with kids and for ones that loves a natural and relax vacation, surrounded by sienna's green hills, being so close to supermarket and other facilities like restaurants, cinemas, pub and disco. The main turistic town to visit as: Montepulciano, Pienza, Bagno Vignoni, Chianciano Terme, San Casciano dei Bagni, all Crete Senesi land, as well Val di Chiana and Val D'Orcia districts, in only 20 minutes by car.
