The house is built in two floors, for a total of 350 Mq, at the first floor there are bedrooms, and at the ground floor is located the living area: big saloon, kitchen, outside kitchen with barbecue, laundry, terrace. Independent entrance and 3 covered car parking available.

Chiusi is really close, in 3 Km, and offers the advantage on train station that goes Siena, Roma, Firence in just 1 hour 30 by train. Best for families with kids and for ones that loves a natural and relax vacation, surrounded by sienna's green hills, being so close to supermarket and other facilities like restaurants, cinemas, pub and disco. The main turistic town to visit as: Montepulciano, Pienza, Bagno Vignoni, Chianciano Terme, San Casciano dei Bagni, all Crete Senesi land, as well Val di Chiana and Val D'Orcia districts, in only 20 minutes by car.
Highway and supermarket really close.
