Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms Please note our rates are for the condo and not per person. The rate includes all taxes and utilities.
For stays of less than 7 nights there is a $75/£45 one off cleaning charge.
A non-refundable booking fee of $150 (£100) per week is due together with the completed and signed booking form.
The balance is due 10 weeks prior to the departure date and any booking made within this period is due in full with the booking form.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 10 weeks prior to departure - loss of reservation deposit.
4-10 weeks prior to departure - 50% of rental charge.
Up to 4 weeks prior to departure - 100% of rental charge.
A refundable security deposit of $350 (£200) must be paid along with the balance payment. The deposit will be refunded to the client within 28 days of the property being vacated and having been checked by our management company.

"We had a wonderful stay at Minnie and Mickey's Pad in Orlando. We LOVED the condo and the furnishings, the privacy of the unit, the 15 minute distance from the parks which took us out of traffic chaos and the urban feeling, the kitchen (we had everything we needed!), the pool which our grand kids enjoyed and we did as well, the other friendly residents of this vacation getaway, the game room, the PS2 for the grand kids, the comfortable beds, the fun Minnie, Mickey and Goofy bedroom for the grand kids, and the overall feeling of being able to relax while on vacation. On our last night at your home we gave the kids the choice of staying there and swimming or going back to Disney. They chose staying at Minnie and Mickey's Pad over DW! They swam in the pool for 4 hrs. and made many new friends! And the price for all of this is amazing! We will be coming back again, I am sure!"
